Adventures of KotetsuAuthor: Mark McPherson The first thing I thought when I saw the cover was that this was going to be your typical super girl fighting devils. To some extent, I was right, but in terms of content, I was dead wrong. This is more than it seems. Adventures of Kotetsu was orinially based on an ecchi comic. It wasn't hentai, but it's not exactly Fushigi Yugi either. It starts out with a girl who traveled from Kyoto to escape her evil master. This girl's name is Lynn. She stays with a friendly female detective and ends up being hunted by a demon-summoning fat boy who is working for some organization. One thing about this show that will really turn you off is the nudity. There is a chunk of nudity in these two episodes. No surprise since the first episode takes place in a bathroom setting and the next episode takes place in a hot spring setting. And Lynn is only 14! 14 and she is already learning about love the wrong way. Also take into account that Kotetsu is only two episodes long and that's not enough to explain everything about this show. Overall, this show looked like it had something going for it. But through all the nudity, nosebleeds, violence and ecchi moments, Kotetsu doesn't quite live up to what it could be. A terrible tragedy seeing as how there could be more depth to it.
